1. By diffusion with an aroma diffuser. Add 3-5 drops per 100ml of water in an aroma diffuser and turn on for 1 hour.
2. Externally, on the skin for rubbing and massaging. Add 6 drops of essential oil to 1 tablespoon (15 ml) of carrier oil (Jojoba, Almond, Coconut) for adults or 3 drops of essential oil to 1 tablespoon of carrier oil for children. Apply with massaging movements in a clockwise direction.
3. In the form of inhalation. Add 5 drops of essential oil to 250 ml of boiling water, cover your head with a towel and inhale the beneficial vapors for 10 minutes.
