Helichrysum italicum (Helichrysum italicum) is a perennial plant with narrow silvery leaves and flowers that form golden yellow globose inflorescences. The name Helichrysum is derived from the Greek words "helios" (sun) and "chrysos" (gold), reminiscent of the color of the plant's flowers. 1. By diffusion with an aroma diffuser. Add 3-5 drops per 100ml of water in an aroma diffuser.
2. Externally, on the skin for rubbing and massaging. Helichrysum can be applied directly to small areas of the skin, but for larger areas, it should be diluted in a base oil (Jojoba, Almond, Coconut) in a ratio of 3 drops of essential oil to 1 tablespoon of base oil.
