1. By diffusion with an aroma diffuser. Add 3 drops of essential oil to every 100 ml of water in the diffuser and turn on for 1 hour in the living room or for half an hour in the nursery. For sound and good sleep, turn on 30 minutes before falling asleep in the bedroom.
2. Externally, on the skin for rubbing. Add 6 drops of essential oil to 1 tablespoon (15 ml) of base (Jojoba, Almond, Coconut, Olive Oil) for adults, 3 drops of essential oil to 1 tablespoon of base for children or 1 drop of essential oil to 1 tablespoon of base for babies and rub with light massaging movements in a clockwise direction.
3. In the form of inhalation. Add 2 drops of essential oil to 200 ml of boiling water and cover the head with a towel. Inhale the steam vapors for 10 minutes.
