1. By diffusion with an aroma diffuser. Warm the bottle vigorously between the palms of your hands or over a radiator to loosen and liquefy. Add 3 drops of essential oil for every 100ml of water in the diffuser and turn on for 1 hour.
2. Externally, on the skin for rubbing and massaging. Heat the bottle in a water bath to warm the oil and add 6 drops of essential oil to 1 tablespoon (15 ml) of base oil (Jojoba, Almond, Coconut, Olive Oil) for adults or 3 drops of essential oil to 1 tablespoon of base oil for children and rub with massaging movements in a clockwise direction.
