1. By diffusing with an aroma diffuser: Add 3-5 drops of essential oil to every 100 ml of water in an aroma diffuser and turn on for a minimum of an hour to purify the air and delicately inhale the healing molecules of Myrrh essential oil.
2. By blending into a base oil or face/body cream/lotion. To reduce the visible signs of ageing such as fine lines and wrinkles, add a few drops of Myrrh essential oil to a home care base oil or to the finished face/body product you use.
