1. By diffusion with an aroma diffuser. Add 3 drops of essential oil to every 100 ml of water in the diffuser and turn on for 1 hour.
2. Applied to the skin for massage. Add 6 drops of essential oil to 1 tablespoon of base (Coconut, Jojoba, Almond) for adults or 3 drops of essential oil to 1 tablespoon of base for children and rub in with stimulating or stroking movements depending on the area of the body you are treating.
3. Added to the daily cream for extra anti-aging care and evening out the complexion.
