1. By diffusion with an aroma diffuser. Add 5 drops of essential oil to every 100ml of water in an aroma diffuser and turn on for 1 hour.
2. Applied to the skin for rubbing and massaging. Add 6 drops of essential oil to 1 tablespoon (15ml) of carrier oil (Jojoba, Almond, Coconut, Olive Oil) for adults or 3 drops of essential oil to 1 tablespoon of carrier oil for children and rub in with vigorous stroking motions from bottom to top.
3. In the form of inhalation. Add 3 drops of essential oil to 250ml of boiling water, cover your head with a towel and inhale the steam for 10 minutes.
