1. By diffusion with an aroma diffuser. Add 3 drops of essential oil to every 100 ml of water in the diffuser and turn on for 1 hour.
2. Applied to the skin for a soothing or stimulating massage. Add 6 drops of essential oil to 1 tablespoon of base (Coconut, Jojoba, Almond, Olive Oil) for adults and rub in with stimulating or stroking movements depending on the area of the body you are treating.
