1. By diffusion in an aroma diffuser. Add 3 drops of essential oil to every 100 ml of water in the diffuser and turn on for 1 hour.
2. Externally, on the skin for rubbing and massaging. Add 6 drops of essential oil to 1 tablespoon (15 ml) of base oil (Jojoba, Almond, Coconut, Olive Oil) for adults or 3 drops of essential oil to 1 tablespoon of base oil for children and rub in with vigorous massaging movements.
3. In the form of inhalation. Add 4 drops of essential oil to 250 ml of boiling water. Cover the head with a towel and inhale the warm steam for 10 minutes.
