Rosemary is a fragrant evergreen plant typical of the Mediterranean. It is known for its characteristic woody aroma with a hint of citrus. In Aromatherapy, Rosemary oil helps maintain respiratory function, reduces stress levels and nervous tension. Rosemary essential oil enhances mental activity and relieves fatigue, removes negative moods and increases concentration. Inhaling Rosemary essential oil stimulates the natural anti-oxidant protection of the body and cells and slows down the aging process.

1. By diffusion with an aroma diffuser. Add 3-5 drops per 100ml of water in an aroma diffuser.
2. Externally, on the skin for rubbing and massaging. Dilute in a base oil (Jojoba, Almond, Coconut) in a ratio of 3 drops of essential oil per 1 tablespoon of base oil for adults or 1 drop of essential oil per 1 tablespoon of base oil for children (over 10 years of age).
3. Added in shampoo to enhance hair growth. Add 20 drops of Rosemary essential oil to the shampoo bottle (250ml) and shake well to mix. Apply the shampoo with an energizing massage to stimulate the hair follicles and leave on for about a minute. Rinse thoroughly with water.
4. To clean the house. Create your own all-purpose cleaning spray by mixing 10-15 drops of Rosemary essential oil in 150ml of water and 50ml of white vinegar in a pump bottle.

It is not recommended to use rosemary essential oil by pregnant, lactating women, children, people with epilepsy and individual intolerance.
