1. By diffusion with an aroma diffuser. Add 4 drops of essential oil for every 100ml of water in the diffuser and turn on for 1 hour.
2. For rubbing and massages. Add 6 drops of essential oil to 1 tablespoon (15 ml) of carrier oil (Jojoba, Almond, Coconut, Olive Oil) for adults or 3 drops of essential oil to 1 tablespoon of carrier oil for children and apply with a clockwise massaging motion.
