Sweet Orange essential oil - also called "the oil of joy" because it increases optimism and self-confidence, stimulates sociability, helps with insomnia, depression, stress, nervous tension, feelings of anxiety, fear, distraction, fatigue, low blood pressure.

Lavender essential oil has relaxing properties, calms the mind and invites good sleep. It boosts the body's defences against viruses and colds. Lavender oil relaxes and balances the body and spirit.

Lemon essential oil improves concentration and mood, as its effect is both stimulating and calming. It actively fights exhaustion, helps with depression and kills harmful viruses and bacteria. It reduces inflammation.

Salvia essential oil has an overall calming effect and balances the functions of a number of organs. It relaxes the nervous system and relieves stress and depression.

Cedarwood essential oil improves the brain activity and has a relaxing effect on the body, it also improves the concentration and reduces the feelings of fatigue and stress. By relieving the tension, the cedarwood oil clears the mind and promotes restful and quality sleep.

Diffuse with an aroma diffuser. Add 2-3 drops of essential oil blend for every 100 ml of water in the diffuser and turn on for 1 hour.
