1. Diffuse with an aroma diffuser. Add 5 drops of essential oil blend to 100ml of water in a diffuser and create a detox atmosphere around you.
2. As inhalation: Add 5 drops of essential oil blend to 250 ml of boiling water, cover your head with a towel and inhale the steam deeply for 10 minutes.
3. By stimulating massage: Add 6 drops of essential oil blend to 1 tablespoon (15ml) of base oil (Jojoba, Almond, Coconut, Olive Oil) and rub with vigorous movements in an upward direction, to stimulate lymphatic drainage.
