A composition of natural essential oils with a synergistic effect:
Cinnamon essential oil has proven therapeutic, relaxing and sedative properties.
Lavender essential oil has a calming effect, a beneficial effect on sleep and relaxing properties. It reduces nervous anxiety and restores inner peace.
Frankincense essential oil supports the function of the central nervous system. It clarifies thought and balances emotions. It has a relaxing and soothing effect.
Geranium essential oil uplifts the spirit and invigorates the body, tones and helps with mental, emotional and nervous tension.

1. By diffusion with an aroma diffuser. Add 5 drops of essential oil blend to every 100ml of water in a diffuser and turn on for 1 hour. Take a break, if you need to, and continue for another hour.
2. For express relief of anxiety and panic attacks. Open the bottle of essential oil blend, close your eyes and inhale the fragrance directly, using the 4x4 technique - inhale deeply and count to 4, exhale deeply to the count of 4 again. Do this aroma-breathing practice three times and repeat after a few minutes, or as needed.
