The blend, mixed in optimal proportions, ensures clean airways, relieves the sinuses and is suitable for treating both flu ailments and seasonal allergies.

Eucalyptus essential oil has a beneficial effect on the respiratory system and has a strong relieving effect on physical discomfort. It has powerful antimicrobial properties.

Thyme essential oil has antiviral, antiseptic, antibacterial, antifungal, expectorant and immunostimulant properties. It is an indispensable oil for respiratory problems, for first symptoms of viral infections, as well as for more serious conditions such as bronchitis, laryngitis and angina.

Peppermint essential oil relieves a dry throat and soothes the respiratory tract.

1. Diffuse with an aroma diffuser. Add 5 drops of essential oil blend for every 100 ml of water in the diffuser and turn on for 1 hour.
2. As inhalation. Add 4 drops of essential oil blend to 250ml of boiling water. Cover your head with a towel and inhale the steam deeply for 10 minutes.
3. Externally on the skin for local application on key areas - sinuses, throat, chest. Dilute 6 drops of essential oil blend in 1 tablespoon (15ml) of base oil (jojoba, almond, coconut, olive oil) for adults, or 3 drops of essential oil blend in 1 tablespoon of base oil for children, and rub into the designated areas. Apply 3 to 4 times a day. Store the blend mixture in a non-metallic container at room temperature and use within a few days.
