Geranium essential oil has anti-inflammatory and antioxidant properties, and its anti-stress and neuroprotective effects help relieve stress and tension.

Peppermint essential oil has a refreshing and energising effect. Its analgesic and antiseptic properties help relieve headaches, muscle spasms and inflammation.

Basil essential oil has an antimicrobial, purifying and energizing effect. It stimulates the senses, uplifts the spirit, clarifies the mind and has anti-depressant properties.

Bergamot essential oil has antiseptic, antispasmodic, analgesic, antidepressant, disinfectant and tonic properties. The flavonoids in bergamot oil calm the nervous system and stimulate the secretion of happiness hormones.

Coriander essential oil gives stamina to the spirit and resilience to the body. It is used for overall relaxation of the body.

Diffuse with an aroma diffuser. Add 2-3 drops of essential oil blend for every 100 ml of water in the diffuser and turn on for 1 hour.
