1. By diffusion with an aroma diffuser, to purify the air in the room and delicately absorb the healthy vapours. Add 4 drops for every 100 ml of water in the diffuser and turn on for 1 hour.
2. Applied to the skin for local action on key areas: chest, throat, sinuses. Add 6 drops of essential oil blend to 1 tablespoon (15 ml) of carrier oil (jojoba, almond, coconut, olive oil) for adults, or 3 drops of essential oil blend to 1 tablespoon of carrier oil for children. Apply with a clockwise rubbing motion 3 to 4 times a day. Store the mixture in a sealed, non-metallic container at room temperature and use within a few days.
3. In the form of inhalation: Add 4 drops of essential oil blend to 250 ml of boiling water, cover the head with a towel and inhale deeply the beneficial steam vapours for 10 minutes.
