Basic Starter Wellness Set

A set of essential oils for beginners. They are selected in an excellent ratio, which gradually unfolds its therapeutic effect without oversaturating the senses. Quite naturally, it predisposes the body to plunge into the wilds of aromatherapy and draw on the power of botany.

The set includes:
Lavender Essential Oil - has pain-relieving and relieving properties. Improves sleep and reduces feelings of anxiety. It has a beneficial effect on the skin, it is used as a first aid for wounds and burns, as well as for the treatment of eczema and psoriasis. Relieves headaches and balances blood sugar. Lavender essential oil is the only one that can be applied directly to the skin without diluting it with a carrier oil.

Peppermint Essential Oil - used in medicine to eliminate pathogenic bacteria, relieve muscle cramps and abrasions, disinfect and soothe the skin. Adding a few drops of peppermint oil to a carrier oil is used in sports massages to relieve muscle tension.

Essential Oils Blend BREATHE - it is composed of the three super oils for healthy lungs: Eucalyptus, Thyme and Peppermint. The blend, composed in an optimal proportion, ensures clean airways, relieves the sinuses and is suitable for both flu ailments and seasonal allergies.

Lavender Essential Oil
By diffusion with an aroma diffuser: Add 3-5 drops for every 100 ml of water in the diffuser and turn on for 1 hour.
Externally on the skin for rubbing and massage: Lavender can be applied directly to small areas of the skin, but for larger areas, it should be diluted in a carrier oil (Jojoba, Almond, Coconut) in a ratio of 3 drops of essential oil to 1 tablespoon of carrier oil for adults or 1 drop essential to 1 tablespoon of base oil for children.

Peppermint Essential Oil
By diffusion with an aroma diffuser: Add 3-5 drops for every 100 ml of water in the diffuser and turn on for 1 hour.
Externally on the skin for rubbing and massage: Add 6 drops of essential oil to 1 tablespoon (15 ml) of carrier oil (Jojoba, Almond, Coconut, Olive Oil) for adults or 3 drops of essential oil to 1 tablespoon of carrier oil for children and apply with a clockwise massaging motion.

Essential Oils Blend BREATHE
By diffusion with an aroma diffuser: Add 3-5 drops for every 100 ml of water in the diffuser and turn on for 1 hour.
In the form of inhalation: Add 4 drops of essential mix to 250ml of boiling water. Cover your head with a towel and inhale the steam deeply for 10 minutes.
Externally on the skin for local action on key areas: sinuses, throat, chest. Dilute 6 drops of essential mix in 1 tablespoon (15ml) of base oil (Jojoba, Almond, Coconut, Olive Oil) for adults or 3 drops of essential mix in 1 tablespoon of base oil for children and rub into the designated areas. Apply 3 to 4 times daily. Store the mixture in a non-metallic container at room temperature and use within a few days.

Store in a dry and cool place, away from direct sunlight, at a temperature of up to 28°C.
