For face and body: Apply a few drops to the palms of the hands and spread the oil on the neck and face with light massaging movements. To promote circulation and eliminate toxins, you can spread the gentle carrier oil using a gua sha or facial roller.

Apply a few drops of the base oil on the palms and with gentle massaging movements spread over the desired area on the body.

For hair: Apply 2 drops to the brush and detangle washed hair along the length and ends or apply to the lengths of the hair and let the oil work for 30-40 minutes. Then wash off with a suitable shampoo.
