5 minutes in the morning and/or evening.
The facial roller is double-sided. The larger side is suitable for the cheeks, forehead and neck, and the smaller side is suitable for the area under the eyes, temples and the area between the upper lip and the nose.
Step 1: Start with movements from the collarbone to the neck using the large side of the roller with light pressure.
Step 2: Continue from the neck up to the right and left sides of the jaw. Do this on both sides of the face.
Step 3: Massage from the mouth, across the lower cheek, to the ear. Do this on both sides of the face.
Step 4: Hold the roller horizontally. Start with movements from the place between the nose and the upper lip with the small side of the roller. Move it to the cheek, all the way to the ear. Do this on both sides.
Step 5: Using the large part of the roller, begin movements from the nose, across the center of the cheekbone, to the ear. Do this on both sides of the face.
Step 6: Use the small part of the roller and make movements from the eyes, towards the ear. Do this on both sides of the face.
Step 7: Place the roller directly in the center between the eyebrows and slide across the eyebrows towards the ear. Do this on both sides of the face.
Step 8: To finish, place the roller in the center of the forehead and slide it along the contour of the face to the ear. Do this on both sides of the face.
Tip: You can leave the roller in the refrigerator for a few minutes before use. The cooling effect will further help to remove signs of fatigue and puffiness from the face.
Cleaning: We recommend cleaning the roller daily with lukewarm/cold water, then dry with a soft cloth. Clean the roller with soap and water once a week.
